自 2019 年起，悉尼大学取消了 Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Advanced Studies (Media and Communications)第二学期的开课。
悉尼大学文学和社会科学学院 ( Arts and Social Sciences) 仍然认可已经发出的 2019 年 S2 和 2020 年 S2 的 offer 。

I am writing to let you know of an important change that will be taking effect immediately to the Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Advanced Studies (Media and Communications).
In line with our commitment to excellence in undergraduate education and following a careful review of our undergraduate programs, the University of Sydney, Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences has advised that the Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Advanced Studies (Media and Communications) will no longer be offered for Semester 2 intakes with immediate effect from 2019.
The Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences will honour offers issued for the Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Advanced Studies (Media and Communications) for commencement in Semester 2 2019 and Semester 2 2020.
While the program is no longer available in Semester 2, the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences will continue to offer the Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Advanced Studies (Media and Communications) in Semester 1.
