洛桑联邦理工学院（法语：École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne，缩写EPFL），是瑞士的两所联邦理工学院之一，位于法语区的洛桑，在瑞士德语区的瑞士联邦理工学院苏黎世是其姊妹学校。附属有多个专门研究机构，两所学校组成瑞士联邦理工学院，直接受联邦民政事务部管辖。
洛桑联邦理工学院有7个学院：
建筑，工程和环境学院(Architecture, Civil and Environmental Engineering, 简称 ENAC)
基础科学学院 (Basic Sciences SB)
工程学院 (Engineering STI)
计算机与通信科学学院 (Computer and Communication Sciences IC)
生命科学学院 (Life Sciences SV)
管理学院 (Management of Technology CDM)
人文学院 (College of Humanities CDH)
其中ENAC学院目的在于：通过将人类活动整合到生态系统中，从而创造和维持一个可持续发展的环境 ； 跨学科研究，在艺术，科学和工程三方面进行创新性互动。ENAC内部设有本科生，硕士生和博士生，其中博士生学院，命名为EDAR, 其致力于培养一个全方面互动和交流的研究环境。
洛桑联邦理工的所有提供给教授和讲师的资源信息，都由各系提供。
然而，学生工作和部分教师工作则有学校副院长直接管理，并帮助学生和教师更好地完成学习任务与教学任务。学校非常注重与其它院校及企事业单位的合作，欧洲有270多的合作项目，与美国、加拿大、日本有179多个学生合作交流计划。
