一：商学院实力

商学院虽然是第一年开始招收MSBA项目的学生（针对应届生/工作经验浅），但是在这之前学校开设有其他两个和商业分析项目相关的项目，分别是Business Analytics – Chicago (MSBA， 针对工作经验两年以上的在职人士)，以及 MBA/MSBA双学位项目。因此新的MSBA项目开设也并非白手起家。
二：项目亮点
1，课程设置
MSBA学生需要在为期10个月的项目中，分两个学期，四个module完成31学分的课程， 其中包括4学分的选修课程，因此课程设置来说相对固定，涵盖python，R，SQL，tableau，optimization & simulation，machine learning & AI，spreadsheet modeling等等，并且一大部分课程和Chicago的MSBA 课程一样。所以说Notre Dame Campus的MSBA项目虽然是第一届，但是已经有4届ChicagoCampus的MSBA项目以及 & NotreDame campus的MBA/MSBA 双学位的项目经验，因此MSBA项目的课程成熟度是非常高的。

还有值得一提的是项目有两个interterm intensive， 其中秋季的intertermintensive中学生需要利用R完成一个项目； 春季的intertermintensive中学生综合利用所有课程里面用到的tools做一个项目。可以极大的提高MSBA学生的实践能力。
2：就业服务
首先Mendoza就业服务完善，包括1对1 就业指导，帮助学生制定适合自身发展和背景的职业化道路；专门就业指导课程Bridge to Success（1学分），帮助MSBA的学生去了解如何和雇主，校友沟通， 怎样去networking，以及面试模拟，简历修改，沟通薪资等等； Mendoza和圣母拥有强大的校友人脉资源，无论是在校生还是校友都是非常的具有互助精神。The Economist (2018) alumni effectiveness 榜单中为例第四位，校友捐赠也是在全美大学中首屈一指。并且圣母有自己的校友数据库包含所有校友的就业信息和jobopening info，就业资源不用担心。
